I love to practice outdoors, and I love to share walks with friends. Every so often we combine them into Walks with Yoga! Some walks are fun and family friendly – like penny hikes and nature hunts. Some walks are quieter and more meditative – like barefoot walks and walks to sacred sites. We don’t do these often, so they are special events to put in the diary – if any are scheduled, they’ll be in the event list over there on the right (or down below, if you’re reading this your mobile).
We’ll walk only about 2-3 miles, with a warm up stretch first, and a break for yoga somewhere lovely along the way. We’ll be out for a couple of hours, and you’ll need no special equipment (not even a mat). If it’s wet, we’ll do a quick and warming standing sequence only. If it’s balmy and dry, we might lie down for a relaxation. We’ll work it out on the day together.
Pay by donation only – a few pounds would be nice to cover my time. But I’d rather you came along with whatever you can easily afford. Bring a waterproof coat you can sit on, bring water, bring smiles and a sense of adventure.
